By providing information to Edu Give CIC, you are confirming that you have the necessary permission to share any personal details of individuals (including photographs) used in applications, sign-ups, or project activities.

How we process your information

  • Personal information is used only for the purposes for which it was collected (e.g., managing workshop sign-ups, monitoring projects, evaluating outcomes).

  • We do not make automated decisions about individuals using your personal data.

  • We will not keep your information longer than necessary. Data will be securely destroyed in line with our retention policy (normally up to 8 years after your last involvement with Edu Give CIC).

Our website and newsletters

  • Our website edugive.org.uk may collect basic visitor information using cookies to improve user experience. A separate Cookie Policy is available on our website.

  • We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised information about website usage (such as time spent on pages, device type, and navigation patterns). GA4 does not store IP addresses.

  • If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will store your email address only for the purpose of sending updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or by contacting newsletter@edugive.org.uk.

  • Our newsletter is managed through HOSTINGER, which acts as our Data Processor.
