Volunteer Policy
Edu Give CIC
1. Introduction
Volunteers are at the heart of Edu Give CIC. They bring energy, skills, and creativity that strengthen our projects and make a real difference in the community. This policy sets out our approach to recruiting, supporting, and valuing volunteers.
Edu Give CIC recognises that volunteering is a two-way relationship: volunteers contribute their time and skills, and in return, we provide meaningful opportunities, training, and support.

Ensure volunteers are treated with dignity, fairness, and respect.
Provide clarity on roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
Support a safe, inclusive, and positive volunteering environment.

3. Recruitment

Reasonable expenses (e.g., travel and lunch) will be reimbursed.
Volunteers will be invited to training sessions, recognition events, and celebrations.
